Alaska

Bright, dry and distinctly herbal, the Alaska pairs a gin backbone with the sweet, honeyed complexity of Yellow Chartreuse and a citrus lift from orange bitters. Pale and clear when served up, it’s a spirit-forward, elegant sipper that works well as an aperitif or a refined pre-dinner drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Chartreuse® Yellow Liqueur
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with crushed ice to ensure the drink is properly chilled.
  2. Carefully measure and pour gin, yellow chartreuse, and a dash of orange bitters into the mixing glass over the ice.
  3. Use a bar spoon to stir the mixture thoroughly until the outside of the mixing glass is frosty, ensuring all ingredients are well combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the mixed ingredients into a chilled cocktail glass to remove the ice while pouring in the perfectly blended drink.
