Cruise Control

Bright and fizzy with a fruity apricot backbone and a zesty orange-lemon lift, this highball is light and easy to sip. It pours a pale, slightly golden hue over ice and finishes cleanly with bubbly club soda, making it a refreshing choice for warm afternoons or casual gatherings. Worth trying if you like a subtly sweet, citrus-forward long drink that’s quick to assemble.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau® Orange Liqueur
  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Soda Water
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add apricot brandy to a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. Pour in the Cointreau® orange liqueur.
  3. Add the light rum.
  4. Top off with club soda.
  5. Add lemon juice and gently stir to combine all ingredients together.
