Cock-A-Bendy

A bold, spirit-forward sipper where peaty or floral Scotch meets the sweet-spiced depth of rosso vermouth and the bright bitterness of Campari. Chilled and poured over broken ice into an old-fashioned glass with a lemon twist, it looks ruby-amber and drinks bittersweet and complex, great for someone who likes Negroni/Rob Roy riffs with extra backbone.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scotch
  • 0.75 oz Rosso Vermouth
  • 1 tsp Campari® Bitter

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with a generous amount of broken ice.
  2. Add the Scotch whisky, rosso vermouth, and Campari® bitters to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and chilled.
  4. Pour the unstrained cocktail into an old-fashioned glass.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon before serving.
