Broadway Martini

Bright, mint-forward martini with a strong gin backbone and a sweet, cooling finish from the crème de menthe. It presents pale green (or clear with a minty sheen) in a chilled cocktail glass and is topped with a fresh mint sprig. Worth trying if you enjoy a boozy, refreshing twist on a classic martini that highlights mint without overpowering the gin.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Menthe Blanche Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the gin and white creme de menthe.
  3. Shake the mixture well until chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig before serving.
