Lime Rickey

Bright, tart lime juice with a touch of simple syrup yields a citrus-forward, zippy drink accented by a few dashes of Angostura for subtle spice; topped with soda it’s pale, fizzy, and very refreshing with a spiral of lime peel. Worth ordering or making when you want an easy, non-alcoholic refresher that’s light, bubbly, and quick to assemble.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura® Bitters
  • Fill Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura® bitters in a collins glass.
  2. Gently stir to mix the ingredients.
  3. Top off the drink with club soda.
  4. Garnish with a spiral of lime peel.
  5. Serve immediately.
