Perfect Manhattan

Ingredients

• 2 oz Blended Whiskey
• 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 dash Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

1. Add 2 oz of blended whiskey to a mixing glass.
2. Pour in 0.5 oz each of sweet and dry vermouth.
3. Add a dash of bitters to the mixture.
4. Fill the mixing glass with ice and swirl gently until well chilled.
5. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
