- Fill Carbonated Water
- 0.5 tsp Confectioners' Sugar
Instructions
- In a collins glass, combine powdered sugar with a splash of carbonated water and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour gin over the ice.
- Fill the glass with carbonated water and stir gently to mix.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and an orange spiral, ensuring the orange spiral end dangles over the rim of the glass.
