Peach Blow Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Light Cream
• 0.5 Lemon Juice
• 0.5 tsp Confectioners' Sugar
• 0.25 Peach
• Fill Carbonated Water

Instructions

1. Combine gin, light cream, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and peach in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
4. Top off with carbonated water to fill the glass.
5. Stir gently to combine.
6. Serve immediately.
