Leave-It-To-Me Cocktail

Bright and sippable, with tart lemon and sweet raspberry syrup brightening gin's botanical backbone while a whisper of maraschino adds a dry cherry note. Pale rosy and clear in the glass, it’s light, refreshing and easy to make, perfect as an elegant aperitif or a simple, crowd-pleasing short cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1 tsp Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 tsp Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and maraschino liqueur in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly until it is well chilled.
  3. Carefully strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
