Cat's Eye

Bright, herbaceous, and intensely botanical, Green Chartreuse layers pungent herbal sweetness over a juniper-forward gin base while dry vermouth keeps the finish restrained. It pours a pale green and is shaken and strained into a chilled cocktail glass, finished with an orange peel for a burst of citrus oils on the nose. Worth trying if you enjoy bold, spirit-forward cocktails with complex herbal depth and a crisp, dry finish.

  • 1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire® Gin
  • 0.75 oz Green Chartreuse Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
