Bermuda Bloom

Bright, citrus-forward and lightly sweet, the Bermuda Bloom balances gin’s botanical backbone with zesty lemon and orange and a soft apricot-brandy fruitiness. It pours a pale peachy hue, served chilled and silky from a hard shake with no ice in the glass. A refreshing, approachable sipper that’s easy to make yet layered enough to feel special.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1 dash Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar Syrup

Instructions

  1. Place ice cubes into a cocktail shaker to chill the mixture.
  2. Add the Triple Sec over the ice to begin the blend.
  3. Pour in gin, followed by the fresh lemon juice and orange juice.
  4. Carefully add the Apricot Brandy to the mix.
  5. Introduce the sugar syrup to balance the flavors.
  6. Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed and chilled.
  7. Strain the drink into a pre-chilled cocktail glass, ensuring no ice enters the glass.
