Ruby Cocktail

A bright, ruby-pink cocktail that balances gin's botanical juniper with the warm apple notes of Applejack and a sweet pomegranate-rose kiss from grenadine. It drinks fruity and slightly sweet but remains spirit-forward and brisk. Worth trying if you like classic shaken cocktails that are simple, bold, and visually striking.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3 dashes Grenadine
  • 0.75 oz Laird's® Applejack Brandy

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, grenadine syrup, and Applejack® brandy in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker to chill the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain the contents into a chilled cocktail glass.
