Gin Rickey

Bright and zesty, the Gin Rickey pairs gin's botanical notes with tart fresh lime and lively carbonated water for a very refreshing, low-sweetness drink. Served tall and clear over ice with a lime wedge, it’s an approachable, effervescent aperitif that highlights the quality of the gin.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 0.5 Lime Lime Juice
  • Fill Carbonated Water

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into a highball glass.
  2. Add 1.5 oz of gin to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass with carbonated water until desired level.
  4. Gently stir the ingredients to mix well.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge before serving.
