Diabolique

Diabolique balances the sweet, quinine-tinged richness of Dubonnet Rouge with juniper-forward gin and a whisper of almond from orgeat. It pours a deep ruby, silky and slightly bitter-sweet, an easy, refined aperitif worth ordering when you want something nuanced but approachable.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Dubonnet® Rouge
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 2 tsp Orgeat Syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth, gin, and orgeat syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
