A potent tropical blend where bright pineapple, orange and lime meet apricot sweetness and multiple rums for a layered, fruity-citrus profile with a decidedly boozy finish. It pours a sunny, slushy orange with a dramatic dark-rum/151 float and fruit-and-mint garnish, visually festive and worth ordering when you want a flavorful, crowd-pleasing tiki classic.

Ingredients

45 ml Jamaican Rum
45 ml Gold Rum
30 ml El Dorado® Demerara Rum
20 ml Lime Juice
15 ml Falernum
10 ml Grapefruit Juice
5 ml Cinnamon Syrup
1 tsp Grenadine
1 dash Angostura® Bitters
6 drops Pernod®

Instructions

Add all ingredients into an electric blender with 170 grams of cracked ice. With pulse button blend for a few seconds. Serve in a tall tumbler glass.
