Golden Sip

Bright, slightly sweet and fruity from the Lakka cloudberry liqueur with a botanical backbone from the gin, finished airy and effervescent by the Schweppes. It pours a warm golden color over ice and is an easy, refreshing long drink worth trying when you want something light, bubbly and subtly complex without being boozy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Lakka Liqueur
  • 2 cl Gin
  • Fill Schweppes® Russchian Water

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with a generous amount of ice cubes.
  2. Pour 2 cl of Lakka Liqueur over the ice in the glass.
  3. Add 2 cl of Gin.
  4. Fill the remainder of the glass with Schweppes® Russchian.
  5. Gently stir the ingredients to combine.
