Empire Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Apple Brandy
• 0.75 oz Apricot Brandy

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add 1.5 oz of gin to the shaker.
3. Pour 0.5 oz of apple brandy into the shaker.
4. Add 0.75 oz of apricot brandy to the mix.
5. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
6. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
