Beige Blindfold

A crisp, citrus-forward sipper where bright lemon and orange-laced triple sec cut through botanical gin, while a splash of brandy adds a rounded, warm note. It pours a pale beige and is silky and chilled from shaking, clean, boozy, and slightly sweet. Worth trying if you like spirit-forward cocktails with a bright citrus edge.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine brandy, gin, triple sec, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker to chill the mixture.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously until well combined and chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
