Mad Russian

Combines coffee-forward Kahlúa and vodka with velvety Baileys and buttery butterscotch, finished with milk for a sweet, creamy dessert-like sip. Pours a light tan, slightly frothy tall drink over ice; it's smooth, approachable, and a crowd-pleasing after-dinner option.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 0.5 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • Fill Milk

Instructions

  1. Fill a Hurricane glass with ice.
  2. Pour vodka and Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur over the ice.
  3. Add Bailey's® Irish Cream and Butterscotch Schnapps.
  4. Top off with milk to fill the glass.
  5. Stir briskly to combine all ingredients.
