Lillet Cocktail

Delicate and aperitif-forward, Lillet Blanc lends honeyed citrus and floral aromatics while a splash of gin adds a light botanical backbone. It pours pale straw and crystal clear, finished with a bright lemon twist. Light, refreshing and low-ABV, it’s an elegant, easy-to-make pre-dinner sipper worth trying if you want something refined but unfussy.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Lillet® Blanc
  • 0.5 oz Gin

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add Lillet® Blanc wine and gin into the mixing glass.
  3. Stir the mixture well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon and serve immediately.
