Once-Upon-A-Time

Bright and fruity with a floral, slightly honeyed apricot sweetness from the brandy balanced by the aromatic, citrus-floral notes of Lillet Blanc and a crisp gin backbone. Pale golden and clear, stirred to a silky, chilled texture, an elegant, approachable aperitif that’s easy to sip yet interesting enough to order at a bar.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Lillet® Blanc

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with crushed ice.
  2. Combine the gin, apricot brandy, and Lillet in the mixing glass.
  3. Stir the mixture well until it is chilled and combined.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
