Beal's Cocktail

Beal's Cocktail pairs smoky Scotch with equal parts dry and sweet vermouth, creating a subtly sweet, herbal backbone and a pronounced peat-forward warmth. Clear and amber in the glass, it’s a smooth, spirit-forward sipper best enjoyed chilled and stirred for contemplative sipping.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz Scotch

Instructions

  1. Stir the dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, and scotch together in a mixing glass filled with ice until well chilled.
  2. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Serve immediately.
