Mind Eraser

A Mind Eraser is a bubbly, coffee-forward layered drink: sweet, syrupy Kahlúa sits between clean vodka and fizzy tonic for a contrast of rich coffee and bright effervescence. Visually striking with defined dark and clear layers served over ice, it’s an easy, playful sip best enjoyed through a straw for the changing taste profile. Great if you want a dessert-like cocktail that still feels refreshing and fizzy.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 2 oz Tonic Water

Instructions

  1. Fill an Old-Fashioned Glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Vodka over the ice.
  3. Layer Kahlua® Liqueur over the Vodka by gently pouring it over the back of a spoon, to create a layered effect.
  4. Top with Tonic Water.
  5. Serve with a straw and allow the drinker to enjoy the layered taste experience.
