Blue Devil Cocktail

A bright, electric-blue cocktail that balances tart lemon with the sweet, nutty cherry notes of maraschino and a hint of orange from blue curaçao. Gin gives it a botanical backbone so it remains light and refreshing, visually striking and easy to sip, ideal for summer or as a colorful aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 tblsp Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
  • 0.5 tsp Blue Curaçao Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, and blue curacao in a shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
