Decadent, boozy chocolate pudding shots that taste like a creamy chocolate mousse with coffee and Irish cream notes and a hint of strawberry sweetness. Set in small disposable cups and topped with sprinkles and chocolate morsels, they look festive and are an easy, make-ahead crowd-pleaser for parties or dessert.

Ingredients

1 Chocolate Pudding
0.75 cup Milk
0.5 cup Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
0.25 cup Vodka
8 oz Cool Whip®
0.5 cup Baileys® Original Irish Cream
0.5 cup Tequila
8 oz Cool Whip® Strawberry

Instructions

Combine all liquid ingredients with the chocolate pudding in a large mixing bowl.
Gradually whisk in the frozen Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
Transfer the mixture into small disposable jello shot cups and securely cover them with lids.
Arrange the cups on a cookie sheet for ease and freeze for several hours to allow the shots to set.
Keep the shots in the freezer until ready to serve to maintain their consistency and prevent them from turning into soup.
