A crisp, spirit-forward cocktail that tastes like a minty, herbal twist on a classic martini, gin's botanical backbone meets sweet white crème de menthe and a whisper of anise from Pernod, balanced by dry vermouth. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Menthe Blanche Liqueur
  • 1 tsp Pernod®

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, dry vermouth, white creme de menthe, and Pernod in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure even cooling and dilution of the ingredients.
  3. Carefully strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass, leaving the ice behind.
