Bright, bubbly and lightly boozy, the James Bond pairs crisp Champagne with a whisper of vodka, a touch of sugar and aromatic Angostura bitters for a bittersweet, slightly spiced finish. It pours pale and effervescent in a flute, the sugar briefly fizzing as it dissolves, making it an elegant, celebratory sip worth ordering when you want something simple but distinctive.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 3 dashes Angostura® Bitters
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Place a sugar cube or a teaspoon of sugar in a champagne flute.
  2. Saturate the sugar with 3 dashes of Angostura® bitters.
  3. Add 1 oz of vodka into the flute.
  4. Top off the drink with Champagne.
  5. Serve immediately.
