Napoleon

A crisp, spirit-forward gin cocktail brightened by a whisper of orange and the honeyed, quinine-tinged warmth of Dubonnet Rouge. It pours clear to pale amber and is silky and chilled from stirring, finishing subtly sweet with a herbal-bitter lift. Worth trying if you like classic stirred gin drinks that lean slightly sweet and complex without overwhelming sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 0.5 tsp Curaçao Liqueur
  • 0.5 tsp Dubonnet® Rouge

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, curacao, and dubonnet rouge in a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly to chill the ingredients.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
