A creamy, tropical long drink that tastes of sweet pineapple and vanilla-rich cream brightened by citrusy blue curaçao with a whisper of almond from the amaretto. Vivid sky-blue and served over ice, it’s an easy, crowd-pleasing poolside sipper that feels like a dessert cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 cl White Rum
  • 2 cl Vodka
  • 2 cl Blue Curaçao Liqueur
  • 1 cl Amaretto Liqueur
  • 2 cl Cream
  • 2 cl Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the white rum, vodka, blue Curacao, amaretto, cream, and pineapple juice in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture until well chilled.
  3. Strain the liquid into a glass over fresh ice.
