A dessert-style, coffee-forward long drink: rich Baileys and sweet Kahlúa create a velvety chocolate-coffee creaminess balanced by a clean vodka kick. Served over ice in a highball, it can be gently layered for an attractive two-tone look that slowly blends as you sip, making it a smooth, boozy nightcap worth trying after dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 3 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 2.25 oz Vodka

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice to 3/4 full.
  2. Pour Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur over the ice.
  3. Add Bailey's® Irish Cream, gently pouring over the back of a spoon to layer if desired.
  4. Carefully pour vodka into the glass, keeping the layers distinct if possible.
  5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately.
