Queen Elizabeth

Bright, botanical gin meets a whisper of dry vermouth and the warm, honeyed-herbal complexity of Bénédictine for a silky, spirit-forward sipper. It pours a clear, pale straw and drinks smooth with herbal sweetness and a dry backbone, great as an aperitif or a contemplative single. Worth trying if you enjoy classic stirred cocktails with layered herbal and botanical notes.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1.5 tsp Bénédictine® Herbal Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry vermouth, gin, and Benedictine in a mixing glass.
  2. Add ice to the mixture to chill the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Stir the mixture gently for a smooth blend of flavors.
  4. Strain the chilled mix into a cocktail glass using a strainer.
  5. Serve promptly to maintain the refreshing chill of the drink.
