Belgian Brownie

A velvety, chocolate-forward cocktail that tastes like a boozy brownie. Rich cocoa and cream are rounded by the herbal, grainy notes of jenever and a warm kiss of cognac. Served over ice with a creamy top, it's an indulgent, easy after-dinner sipper for anyone who wants dessert in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Jenever
  • 0.5 oz Cognac
  • 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
  • Fill Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Place a few ice cubes into an Old-Fashioned Glass.
  2. Pour the Genever, Cognac, and Chocolate liqueur over the ice cubes.
  3. Top the glass with heavy cream until filled.
  4. Stir the mixture gently to combine all the ingredients smoothly.
