Bonny Doon

A smoky, slightly sweet whisky cocktail where peaty Scotch meets the warming herbal honey of Bénédictine and the rounded sweetness of sweet vermouth. It pours a deep amber and is served short over ice, presenting a smooth, layered sip with a lingering herbaceous finish. Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Scotch
  • 0.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 tsp Bénédictine® Herbal Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Combine Scotch whisky, sweet vermouth, and benedictine in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Firmly shake the ingredients until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass or rocks glass.
  4. Serve the drink immediately.
