Grease Lightning

Bright botanical gin meets a touch of dry vermouth and a splash of cherry brandy for a slightly sweet, fruit-forward cocktail with a pink-tinged clarity. It drinks like an elegant, shaken martini variation, crisp and aromatic with a cherry lift that makes it approachable but still spirit-forward.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.5 oz Cherry Brandy

Instructions

  1. Combine gin, dry vermouth, and cherry brandy in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
