Bright and gently fizzy with a sweet, nutty sherry backbone and a light botanical lift from the gin. Pale amber and served over crushed ice, it’s an easy, refreshing aperitif-style sipper that’s worth trying if you want something low-effort but flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sweet Sherry
  • 1 oz Dry Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Gin
  • 1 oz 7Up®

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass three-quarters full with broken ice.
  2. Pour the sweet sherry into the glass over the ice.
  3. Add the dry sherry to the glass.
  4. Pour the gin into the mixture.
  5. Top off the drink with 7-Up® soda.
  6. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
