Dragonfly

Light and effervescent, the Dragonfly pairs the botanical clarity of gin with the spicy sweetness of ginger ale and a bright squeeze of lime. Pale and bubbly in a highball glass over ice, it’s an easy, sessionable sipper perfect for casual gatherings or warm afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • Fill Ginger Ale

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the gin over the ice in the glass.
  3. Top off the drink with ginger ale, filling the glass.
  4. Stir gently to combine the ingredients well.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
