Golden Cadillac

A velvety, dessert-style cocktail that pairs sweet white chocolate and warm vanilla-herbal notes from Galliano with smooth cream. It pours a pale golden color and becomes slightly frothy when blended with crushed ice, delivering a rich, indulgent sip. Perfect as an after-dinner treat or a crowd-pleasing party dessert drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
  • 2 oz Crème de Cacao Blanc Liqueur
  • 1 oz Light Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine Galliano, white Creme de Cacao, and light cream with half a cup of crushed ice in an electric blender.
  2. Blend the mixture at low speed for approximately ten seconds until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
  4. Serve immediately for best flavor.
