Irish Ghost

A velvet-smooth, dessert-style cocktail that melds coffee and cream with a honey-whiskey warmth from Irish Mist. Pale beige and slightly frothy from shaking, it drinks sweet and rich with prominent coffee, chocolate and vanilla notes, perfect as a relaxed nightcap or after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Irish Mist® Herbal Liqueur
  • 2 oz Cream

Instructions

  1. Add Bailey's® Irish Cream, Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur, Irish Mist® Herbal Liqueur, and cream to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds until well combined.
  3. Strain the mixture into an Irish Coffee Cup.
  4. Add ice to the cup if desired and serve immediately.
