Yah Yah

A sweet, tropical sipper that tastes like boozy orange-pineapple punch with almond and coconut notes from the amaretto and coconut rum, while Southern Comfort adds a fruit-spice warmth. Visually it’s a sunset-orange hurricane topped with a floating splash of 151 and tropical garnishes. An easy, crowd-pleasing party drink with a cheeky boozy finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Southern Comfort®
  • 1 splash 151 Proof Rum

Instructions

  1. Add the Amaretto, coconut rum, and Southern Comfort into a Hurricane glass filled with ice.
  2. Generously fill the glass with orange juice until near the top.
  3. Carefully add a splash of 151 proof rum on top to float.
  4. Garnish with an orange wedge, cherry, and a pineapple chunk.
