A spritzy, slightly bitter aperitif that balances the stone-fruit warmth of cognac and orange liqueur with the bright bitterness of Campari and lively Champagne bubbles. Visually it’s pale gold with a faint coral tint over crushed ice, offering an invigorating, slightly bitter-citrus finish, great as a pre-dinner refresher or a celebratory twist on a classic sparkling drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 0.75 oz Cognac
  • 0.5 oz Grand Marnier® Orange Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Campari® Bitter

Instructions

  1. Fill a wine goblet halfway with crushed ice.
  2. Pour the champagne over the crushed ice.
  3. Add the cognac, Grand Marnier® orange liqueur, and Campari® bitters to the goblet.
  4. Gently stir to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Serve immediately.
