Guavaberry Royale

A light, fruity champagne cocktail in which sweet guavaberry liqueur adds tropical berry notes to crisp sparkling wine. It pours a delicate rosy hue and is effervescent and easy-drinking, elegant and celebratory, great as an aperitif or for brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Guavaberry® Liqueur
  • Fill Champagne

Instructions

  1. Chill a champagne flute in the freezer to prepare for serving.
  2. Pour the guavaberry liqueur into the chilled glass.
  3. Slowly top with champagne to the desired level.
  4. Serve the drink immediately.
