Mountain Creek (Fjell Bekk)

A bright, bubbly highball that pairs zesty lime sweetness with the savory, caraway-tinged character of aquavit over a clean vodka base. Ingredients

  • 0.67 oz Aquavit
  • 0.67 oz Lime Syrup
  • 0.67 oz Vodka
  • Fill Sprite®

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour Aquavit, Lime Cordial, and Vodka over the ice.
  3. Top the drink with Sprite® Soda to fill the glass.
  4. Gently stir the mixture to combine the ingredients evenly.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass before serving.
