Magic's Tornado

A bright, nutty highball that balances sweet almond orgeat and fruit-forward Southern Comfort with clean vodka and zesty citrus. Pale amber with a slight rosy hue and a lightly syrupy mouthfeel, finished with tart lemon and sweet lime cordial. Worth trying if you like refreshing, tiki-adjacent long drinks that are easy to sip but pack a boozy punch.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Southern Comfort®
  • 4 cl Absolut® Vodka
  • 3 cl Orgeat Syrup
  • 3 cl Rose's® Lime Juice
  • 2 cl Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add the Southern Comfort, Absolut Vodka, almond syrup, Rose's sweetened lime juice, and fresh lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to ensure all ingredients are well combined and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a green lemon slice.
