Velvety and sweet, the Scooter marries almond-rich amaretto with warming brandy and a splash of light cream for a silky, slightly nutty sipper. Pale tan and luxuriously smooth, it’s an easy after-dinner dessert or nightcap that’s quick to shake and pleasant to sip slowly.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 oz Light Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the Brandy, Amaretto, and light cream in a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice.
  2. Shake the mixture well to ensure its consistency and chill.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass to remove the ice.
  4. Serve the drink immediately in the cocktail glass.
