B-52

A B-52 is a sweet, dessert-style shooter that layers coffee liqueur, almond liqueur and Irish cream into a velvety, creamy sip. It looks striking served as three distinct bands, dark Kahlúa, amber Amaretto and pale Baileys, and is worth trying as an easy, crowd-pleasing after-dinner or party shot.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 shot Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1/3 shot Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1/3 shot Baileys® Original Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Begin by taking a shot glass and pouring the Kahlua® coffee liqueur as the first layer.
  2. Use the back of a spoon to gently layer the Amaretto almond liqueur on top of the Kahlua®. Pour slowly to avoid mixing.
  3. Finally, carefully layer Bailey's® Irish cream on top of the Amaretto using the same spoon technique to maintain distinct layers.
