Diana Cocktail

Bright, mint-forward and sweet, the Diana is a chilled layered sipper where cool white crème de menthe delivers peppermint sweetness topped by a thin float of brandy for warmth and aroma. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Crème de Menthe Blanche Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Brandy

Instructions

  1. Fill a brandy snifter with crushed ice to chill the glass.
  2. Pour the white creme de menthe over the ice, allowing it to settle.
  3. Using the back of a teaspoon, gently pour the brandy over the creme de menthe to create a floating layer.
  4. Serve the drink immediately, ensuring the layers are visible.
