Cutty Rickey

Ingredients

• 2 oz Cutty Sark® Scotch Whisky
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 3.5 oz Soda Water

Instructions

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Pour Cutty Sark® Scotch whisky into the glass.
3. Add fresh lime juice to the whisky.
4. Stir the mixture well to combine the ingredients.
5. Top off with club soda, filling the rest of the glass.
6. Stir the drink briefly to mix the club soda without losing carbonation.
7. Garnish with a twist of lime before serving.
