Sweet Nan

A rich, amber-hued sipper that marries the raisiny sweetness of vermouth with warm brandy and the honeyed, herbal complexity of Bénédictine. Smooth and slightly boozy, it tastes of caramelized fruit, baking spice and layered herbs; served over ice it’s an approachable, comforting digestif or nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 2 tsp Bénédictine® Herbal Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the sweet vermouth.
  3. Add the brandy.
  4. Add the Benedictine herbal liqueur.
  5. Stir the mixture well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  6. Serve immediately in the same glass.
