Cherry Cream Rum

A velvety, dessert-style cocktail where sweet cherry brandy and cream soften the molasses depth of dark rum into a silky, slightly fruity sip. It pours a pale rose-to-ivory hue with a smooth mouthfeel and light froth from shaking. Perfect as an after-dinner drink or nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Cherry Brandy
  • 1 oz Cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add dark rum, cherry brandy, and cream into the shaker.
  3. Secure the lid and shake the mixture vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Carefully strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
