Poop Deck Cocktail

A compact, dessert-style sipper that layers brandy's warm oak and vanilla with jammy blackberry liqueur and the winey sweetness of port. Deep ruby in color, lightly viscous, and decidedly sweet and warming. It's worth trying as an after-dinner digestif or a boozy short cocktail when you want something rich and fruity.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1 tblsp Blackberry Brandy
  • 1 oz Port

Instructions

  1. Combine the Brandy, Blackberry Brandy, and Port into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture for about 10 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
